Just now i glanced through and read some random excerpts from The Story of My Experiments with Truth (or My Experiments with Truth) autobiography of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi
What a great book written by mahatma and i really loved this book.I need to admit that i didnot read every chapter and read almost the complete book.I have been reading this book from the past 4 days.
I urge every one to read this book if possible.
This book covers his life from early childhood through to 1920, and is a popular and influential book. It was initiated at the insistence of Swami Anand and other close co-workers of Gandhi.
Mahatma Gandhi (1869–1948) was a charismatic leader who brought the case for India's independence to world attention. His philosophy of nonviolence, for which he coined the term satyagraha, has influenced nonviolent resistance movements to this day.
Please follow this link if you want to read this book freely online though i didnot opt to do it.
Hope you enjoy reading this book.

How can one almost complete reading a book and also skip whole chapters at the same time?
Before you recommend a book to others, it is minimum courtesy to read it properly yourself. Otherwise, you are no different from a cheap salesman who promotes products that he himself would not use.
I agree with the comment above wholeheartedly. Also wud like to add that you should not say "just now i completed reading..." when you are not really reading properly.
Say, "just now glanced thru and read some random excerpts from the book..." to be more accurate of what you are really doing.

Prashant
